2022 Capital of Craft IPA
ABV: 6.8% IBU: 45 HOPS: El Dorado, Sitiva, Mourtere and Nectaron FLAVOR PROFILE: Crisp, tropical fruit-forward hoppy ale/lager hybrid. The use of Hana barley malts, which is a Czech heirloom variety, delivers an authentic, complex Pilsner malt flavor. The hop profile gives 2022 Capital of Craft IPA notes of tropical fruit and citrus. You can expect clean flavors to showcase the malts and hops from fermenting at a cooler temperature and blending in lager yeast. CHEERS TO SAN DIEGO CRAFT BEER! |
