MIHO Catering is delighted to present a refreshing sensory four-course experience paired with four style variations from Harland Brewing Co.
- First Course - YAKITORI PORK BELLY paired with JAPANESE LAGER
all-natural duroc pork, basil plum sauce, green onion, toasted sesame
- Second Course - CHICORY & KUMQUAT paired with WAIMEA HAZE (Hazy IPA)
mizuna, chicory, pickled kumquat, grilled mango, shaved spring onion, toasted cashews, and cambazola cheese, with citrus vinaigrette
- Third Course - ROASTED WHITEFISH paired with INDIA PALE WHALE (West Coast IPA)
green garlic & thai chile marinated local catch, charred romanesco, sugar snap peas, rapini, and peewee potatoes with green onion & pepita chutney
- Fourth Course - STRAWBERRIES & CREAM paired with STRAWBERRY LEMONADE FLUFF (Kettle Sour)

Serves 2. Reheating instructions will be included. Guests have the option to either pick-up their dinner from Harland Brewing Company, or for a nominal fee, have the meal delivered to their residence.

Ticket Price: $80 All Inclusive (Beer + Food for Two)
For Delivery, add $10, which is included in the Delivery Ticket option.
Order by Monday, 3/01 at 12 PM for Friday, March 5 (pickup or local delivery).
Local Delivery Radius is 30 Miles from MIHO in Kearny Mesa - Must show valid ID to receive the delivery. The delivery window is 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, March 5.
If you select a Pickup Ticket, your beer dinner will be available at Harland Brewing Company between 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, March 5.
