We’re taking over our San Diego Tasting Room for a special beer and food pairing brunch with our favorite chef and cheesemongers.
The Goodseed Food Company and Smallgoods American Cheese & Provisions will all aid in creating a delicious fermentation-inspired brunch. Enjoy a welcome cup of coffee or beermosa paired with an herb scone, cultured butter and creme fraiche, followed by three plated dishes and a small bite palate cleanser. Each course will be paired with one of our house-brewed White Labs Brewing Co. beer styles to bring out the best flavors in each tasty dish. We’ll finish the brunch with a decadent cheese board including a clothbound-aged cheddar and unpasteurized cow’s milk blue.
